Scentsationnel Online Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items bought from shopscentsationnel.com within 14 days of delivery, in new or gently used condition.

  • Returns must include any free promotional items.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.

  • Returns after 14 days are at Scentsationnel’s discretion and may be refunded as an eGift card or check.

  • Shipping fees, engraved items, eGift cards, and items marked final sale are non-returnable.

  • Unauthorized or ineligible returns will not be sent back.

  • Return activity is monitored, and Scentsationnel may deny returns in cases of abuse.

Exchange Instructions

If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the eligible unwanted product(s). A refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You may place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.

 

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, missing, or incorrect, keep the box, packing materials, and items, and contact us immediately via CHAT or +1 (947) 228-0204

. If contents can’t be retained, take photos before discarding.

Claims for lost, missing, wrong, or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Scentsationnel may deny claims made after this period or in cases of abuse.
